If you’re a blogger and you tweak your template at all, make sure you keep a separate copy of your template text on your own computer.

For reasons known only by the Internet gods, about half my code suddenly disappeared from my Blogger site yesterday. If I didn’t have the code stored on my Mac, I wouldn’t have been able to replace it.

“Backup, backup, backup” is always good advice for anyone with a computer. Same goes for anyone with a website.
