The odds of all 12 finding his explanation credible are about 999,999 to 1 . But he only needs on to buy to hang the jury again. Even that seems like a long shot.

I see a step by step dissection of Blago the Liar, and I think the jury does, too. Shar’s whole approach this time, from question one, was that you cannot believe this guy, so go by the tpaes and the evidence and draw the most normal, Occam’s Razor conclusions any normal human being would.
I think Rod’s going to fry this time.

Rod has endless “explanations” for all of his words and actions, and they are becoming sillier all the time. The jury has to see this as well. I too think Rod is going down this time.

Blagojevich’s testimony and denials are every bit as convincing as Sammy Sosa’s appearance before Congress where he denied knowing English or using steroids.

With their unlimited resources, the federales haven’t really served a public purpose with this prosecution since Blago’s arrest, which led to impeachment and ouster.
That’s all we needed, anyway.
After all these years and millions, they’ve never shown he got a dime. Let’s hope this is it.
