  6. As Gov I’ve implemented a super secret ‘force field’ that protects Illinois business’ from outside influence from such J-O-B poachers as Wisconsin or Indiana. Incidently th ‘force field’ isn’t actually yellow, but I’ve drawn it in by hand with a marker so you can see extends over the top of the skyline.
