I love this one. From the Quincy Herald-Whig:

[Rep. Art] Tenhouse said Blagojevich even shows his lack of knowledge about agriculture when he tries to do something nice. Blagojevich bought a champion steer at the state fair and then joked he might have to keep the animal at his mansion in Springfield “since nobody else is using it” while Blagojevich lives in Chicago.

“That steer is still out in a pasture somewhere. He has not been slaughtered. The governor may think he can breed that steer,” Tenhouse said, bringing a round of laughter from those in the restaurant.

For you city folk, steers are, um, purposely deprived of the ability to reproduce.
