Since SB1 says it is up for vote today, I thought this woudl be the right spot to ask this question. I apologize if it is not.
Senate Amendment 1 appears to quietly put in a change to prevent COLAs for state employees that retire before having 20 years of service. This is in addition to the reduced COLA and the COLA freeze until age 67. Can someone who is more experienced at reading legislation tell me what they think?
