Fooled them again! Voters will be happy we passed comprehensive pension reform! Judges are unaffected and can not be swayed by personal reasons!Therefore, they can allow this to pass Constitutional muster when the State is sued for violating the pension guarantee clause.

As you can see today ladies and gentlemen, my head is not that large. It was distorted on the video because Miller was holding the camera in my face like this the whole time.
