  1. Maybe the slight drop in Chicago’s homicide rate will prompt the ignorant hysterics in the Chicago and national media to humble themselves and correct their Big Lies about crime in the city.

    For those who missed it, Zorn did a pretty good roundup on the subject a while back.

    Like that will ever happen. More likely, we’ll see headlines saying, “Pausing to Reload?” or “CPD Falling Behind on the Body Count.”

  4. How can DOC do a long term polan they cant even run day to day 4 escapes in last 6 mos- parolees arrested and left on street to kill people– another MGT in the mix coming out now look out
