  1. Rich you forgot to note my guys big plan to let banks charge more for loans to vet. wonder if any reportedc asked him about loans st Broadway? too tough a question i guess
    from the peoria journal star:
Giannoulias, who faces Republican Christine Radogno in the Nov. 7 election, wants to allow banks the flexibility of offering those loans at rates up to 7 percent and lengthen the payback period from 24 to 36 months.

Giannoulias, a loan officer at a Chicago bank, said he thinks more banks would be apt to participate in the program if they could charge a higher interest rate. He’s concerned that soldiers without near-perfect credit or necessary collateral are being turned away by banks not willing to take the risk.

  2. Saw in today’s SJR that Jesse White has canceled the contracts for the food service to the Rat and the Stratton building cafeteria. There was mention of slow service and unsanitary conditions, but the thing that semed to rattle everybody’s chain most was a lack of popcorn for three days, boo-hoo. WTF. Go use the office microwave, for heck’s sake.

FWIW, I only ate there a couple times this year but had no issues with what I got there on such occasions, even though it was tail-end hours where you expect things to not be at their best.

Let’s see if Rod tries to ram a panda Express into there now.. or some G.D. New York pizza franchise.

  3. Well in Kentucky the Attorney General commenced his own investigation and didn’t wait until the U.S Attorney opened an investigation and then tried to duplicate witnesses.

Some state Attorney General’s do the right things, huh!

    What happened to Illinois’!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
