It’s easy to rhyme with a Boston accent, where Topinka would be pronounced “Topinker”, as in:
There once was a gal named Topinka,
Whose statewide campaign was a stinker.
She didn’t have a clue
Illinois was a “Blue”
And her dye job couldn’t be any pinker.
