It’s callled a tie–a TIE, Bruce–and even though you’ll never HOLD this Office, it’s the kind of thing Governors DO–wear TIES to Formal Events like this Meeting and Q & A Session, with a few exceptions, like the State Fair or somethin’…but this isn’t ONE of those exceptions, Mr. “.01%”–and I’m SURE that, somehow, you could scrounge up $18 for one–instead of wastin’ it on some substandard Watch…!”
