    Guess he wants to appeal to the widest possible
    voter group while he decides which party nomination to seek.

  3. Why does it make sense for NY’s former mayor to visit Illinois to stump for himself and Topinka yet Topinka calls Bloomberg and outsider?

  4. It is possible that schools that don’t have drug testing also have the same rate of positive results and we just don’t know about it. I wonder what they’d find if they did the mandatory drug testing on the teachers and administrators instead of the students.
