I am deeply grateful for the “honor” you have bestowed on me. I enjoyed “talking” to Madigan and Cullerton on election night so much that I can’t wait to start “working” with them. I look forward to presenting my “budget plan” “shortly.” First things first, I’ll “banish” “patronage” from Illinois.
