I’m glad that Emanuel opposes right to work and called out his buddy’s labor policies as against the middle class.
Union stripping and attacks on prevailing wages are not just isolated in Illinois, as we know. There is a large-scale attack on unions and wages happening in several states. West Virginia is the latest–workers came out in the bad weather to demonstrate against lowering the prevailing wage.
I’m heartened to see some key legislators and others stand against Rauner’s cut the poor/exempt the rich budget plans.
