Revoking Evanston’s grant to build a tech innovation corridor that would attract entrepreneurs was certainly a great start.

I’m watching to see if and when Rauner will sign the Obama Library bill. Michael Sneed and Lynn Sweet from the Sun-Times have been reporting on developments.

Sneed could be hinting that Rauner may want something in exchange for signing the bill, to cut some kind of a deal. She said the bill’s passage would create thousands of construction jobs.
