  28. Freedom of speech doesn’t apply to this site. Political commentary is made by people who are generally informed, so maybe that’s why it seems like the comments lean one way, but you got deleted for using a banned word, or moderated for using certain other ones. Rich is in no way Constitutionally mandated to put your comments up on his site, especially if they are inflammatory or profane.

  43. Dunkin makes a powerful argument for why Madigan is a powerful advocate for his district, far more powerful than Gonzales would be. After all, no one in Madigan’s district would give up representation so powerful as to summon the President any time he wants.
