  46. Of course, the primary contest at the top of the ballot is just a beauty contest.

    For instance, one could vote for Hillary, and then vote for six Bernie delegates.

    So,theoretically, Hillary could get credit for “winning” Illinois but Bernie would be the real winner.

    CD Sorenson, I thought the same thing while voting this morning. I didn’t vote for her but by the time I got done marking the lines for all the other incumbents ahead of her I almost instinctively marked her. And I usually skip her anyway. She might get re-elected.
