  14. There will be no actual work on this desk until higher education and social services are completely shaken out. Then I’ll have the budget hold so deep AFSCME will fall into the financial abyss. Did I just say that? Just the sugar buzz, people. We need reforms to help the state economy grow before anything else. I care about social services. For goodness’ sake, I just spent time on facebook talking about how I help breast cancer funding. Has anyone seen my Carhartt jacket?
