Rauner has crushed and stalked the “Grand Bargain”
Getting 60 and 30 and Rauner’s signature isn’t looking all that “great. After 2 years, the Rauners business decision to destroy social services and higher education make them happy. That was the plan Rauner had. Now it’s real.

I couldn’t believe that was Kurt Summers. I remember how young, energetic, and fresh he looked when he took office. He looks 50+ lbs heavier now. Maybe the collar counties and downstate won’t care because they didn’t know him previously.
