I have no doubt that just like me, there are many women who started tearing up watching this video. Susana is a wonderful person and a statewide elected Hispanic official so she is a beacon. I’m thrilled for her and for Illinois that she is featured in this video.

It’s different. Very good production values. Just not sure every “sister” is going to identify with this. I’m thinking most won’t. But the base…oh yeah, they’ll love it. Hmmm.

Is this a joke or a deliberate parody?
Susana Mendoza broke the glass ceiling?
She was running against another woman who was appointed to complete the term of another woman candidate who passed away before beginning her elected term. BTW Mendoza will have to stand for reelection soon — it was a partial term only.
I doubt that many of the activists sat out the last election, but their candidates still lost.
On numerous issues included in the video, the opposition has prevailed (at least for the time being). The pipeline is being built. Obamacare is being dismantled.

Not to sure how this video helps Mendoza. A lot of D’s aren’t all in on some of these issues.
