Do you recon this $1.5M is meant to weld those cracks in the armor from 34 HReps and all but 3 SReps voting to increase cell fees for 911 service against His Majesty’s wishes?

Maybe this time he will be sending out bigger checks to all of the GOP Reps to keep them voting in line with the Rauner agenda.

Keep in mind…
These monies are obstruction payoffs, not monies to prop up or help members with “bad” votes.
Rauner doesn’t want any $&@% problems.
For Diana and Bruce Rauner, it’s always been about destroying compromise, not aiding it.
