I totally agree with Ann Coulter’s comment on twitter regarding rauner. Broken, the only thing broken in Illinois is Governor failure.

Really? The high property taxes in Chicago and the suburbs; the choking burden of a pension system put in place decades ago; the work comp. system that drives job creators from this state
None of these are broken? Just “governor failure”. Okay. Got it!
