  6. Of the “major” candidates I’ll guess I’ll go Daiber and Drury, with increasing doubt about Kennedy.

  7. Biss/Blank

  8. Kennedy, Daiber, Drury wont file. Unless Biss finds someone great in the next few weeks he might have to push to get filed by the last day. another misstep and no he won’t file either.

  9. A “Rauner-GOP” candidate for Secretary of State(?)

  10. Sorry. Apologies.

    To the Question…

    Daiber and Pawar won’t file.

Drury will file, but will be challenged.

Comment by Oswego Willy Thursday, Sep 7, 17 @ 2:45 pm

  11. Pritzker, Kennedy, Biss, Pawar, and Hardiman will be on the ballot. Drury will file, but someone will successfully challenge him.

I have some doubts about Kennedy and Biss, but ultimately, if they have legitimate campaign staff, a 1-2 week delay shouldn’t be the difference.

  16. Biss should ask Kennedy to be his running mate, it would solve a bunch of problems.

  17. Or Kennedy should ask Biss. But yeah them teaming up would solve a bunch of stuff.

  21. Pawar. Which would make me happy since he’s my alderman. I prefer he be our next mayor.

  22. 25000 is a lot sigs for a guy with n ground game and since the county chairs are being locked down for JB. CK may have real trouble without paying for sigs which always gets you some really quality names? He may file but the challege may well will keep him off.
