so cute Oscar!!! Does anyone know if Rauner appealed the decision of the IL appellate court to reinstate step increases for state employees??? Rich, I have not seen or maybe missed threads about this topic.

The past 2 weeks could have been dominated by stories that hurt JB if Rauner didnt have the brilliant idea to say he wasnt in charge (then double down on it). His Madigan paranoia got the best of him.

If you’re up for a drive, Paulie’s BBQ in Arthur is one of the best there is. The only drawbacks, no beer and closed on Sundays.

Sigh.
Petsmart totally messed up his last haircut. Shaved off his beard (oh, it was bad) and shaved the rest of him. Poor little guy hasn’t looked like himself for two months. That’s why I haven’t posted any pics.
