All this means is she is waiving her right to an EEOC investigation.

Also means she can file suit and start taking depositions, though it’s a lengthy process that probably wouldn’t result in anyone being deposed for several months.

This simply allows her to file a lawsuit. This does not mean that the EEOC found in her favor.
