The Governor looks tired. If he wasn’t such a persistent rascal, I would say he was a man who was feeling the probability of looming failure for the first time in his life.

I think he did a lot of relaxin’ ridin’ which explains the washed out dazed look. Plus he probably did not understand 2% of what was bein’ said. Basically poor, sick people can get treated if the pain is in the big toe or noggin

To access any of the pilots, people will have to have Medicaid, so hopefully the eligibility debacle will be resolved soon.
