“Women should never fear power,” she says. “Women were always raised to be these passive little nurturing creatures. But there’s nothing wrong with power because power can be used productively for the good of the order. Power does not have to be adverse. You can pervert power…I have no qualms about taking on anybody in this state if they’re doing something wrong and it adversely affects the people,” she says.
