Ugh, more Madigan bashing. I sometimes wonder though if Madigan preternaturally feeds off the negative attention. Right? Maybe if we just stopped talking about him he would just vanish. It’s worth a shot.

There actually is a big wall at 63rd and Cicero for Midway airport. Not beautiful but still big. But I didn’t know the airport had to worry about property taxes.

I thought that Radical Candor was brilliant and witty… this, not so much.

Love Radical Candor, but Madigan as Trump? Their public personas are so radically different, in all candor, that it’s hard to make the connection on the satire level.
Now, if Madigan buys the old Statehouse Inn, and every lobster and interest group with gubmint business starts putting money in his pocket by booking rooms and boozing at outrageous prices, it could work.

Rauner was a bigger target because of the amazing things that would come out of his mouth. Madigan says a lot less (at least in public), which makes for a different dynamic to parody.
