* We just have way too many first-time commenters these days posting ridiculous things that I always end up deleting. So, we’re going to Defcon 3…
I have never done this before, so I don’t know if it’ll initially block all comments from everybody (which is why I’ve never done this before). But I cannot take all these crazy newbies flocking here, so what’s done is done. This ain’t Facebook, peeps. If you’re a rumor-mongering know-nothing nutball, I don’t want you here.

I don’t understand why people would do that. I can understand fear and gossip, to an extent, but they feel the need to go to a blog they’ve never been to (or commented on) before to share? Just weird.

Been a daily reader for 5 plus years and seldom comment. There’s too much to learn from Mr. Miller, articles presented, and knowledgeable commenters. Thanks to all,i’ve learned so much here. If I had discovered this site a little sooner, I would not have cut a 32 year career I committed to at the age of 20 short due to a certain pension reform bill. H/T RNUG. Thanks for all you do Rich.
