The purpose of the eviction moratorium was to stop the spread of the disease. With COVID rates there lowest since the beginning of the pandemic, and the rest of the State is now officially re-open, why do we still have this blanket policy?

3 Chatham IL school board members were willing to forgo federal funds for the district so that students could go mask-free in the fall. Luckily reason has prevailed….so far.

I wish the Chatham School Board was so quick to lower the property taxes. Since we apparently have zero need for additional funding.

This morning I got a voice mail message left on my cell phone from Rep. Bill Foster. It was thoughtful of him except that we have never ever lived in or voted in Bill Foster’s district.
