Registered my youngest for the 2021-22 school year yesterday. Very happy to see that District 186 lets parents upload a picture of their child’s vaccine card if they’ve gotten the vaccine, and lets you grant permission to test him/her if they show symptoms.

I really wish journalists would be quicker to adapt to the crazy behavior of the most extreme right wingers. Instead of reporting brazen, provably false lies, and then in the next sentence say “Oh right, but actually none of the above is true” just don’t report the obvious crazypants accusations. Or at least accurately characterize them in the opening sentence like “Rep. So-and-So (R) makes repeatedly debunked false claim.”

Maybe on the North Side (and to some extent downstate barring a 2001 or 2011-esque miracle). But definitely not on the South Side.

If the Bulls keep adding experienced NBA guards to the roster, odds are you won’t be seeing much of Dosunmu anytime soon. At least not on the court.

His path is probably through the G league which is not uncommon for a 2nd round pick. Signing Ball is intriguing. I expect they should be more competitive this year.
