  1. From what I’ve read on the blog, it appears we are on the same wavelength lately. You’ve mentioned the ACT and Durbin items in your subscription, as I have in my blog.

I guess we are both always on the lookout for preposterous remarks by our elected officials. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel sometimes.

  4. Note to Rich Miller - once you came to Loyola Univ. (I think during 1995)and said during the lecture in my political science class that Rod Blagojevich is up and coming politician. I clearly remember that. You were right back then? What do you say now? Is he going to be reelected and where is he going now?

  8. Rich,

same person from above about Loyola Univ. I value your judgment. and I end up working for the state when his administration started. still I am leaving soon the public sector and going back to private. But if I ever see you in person - I could tell you a good story. let the destiny work itself. maybe it happends and maybe not. :)

  9. I had a little bit of fun with the history of popes named Benedict- complete with a strangulation, a poisoning an admitted jackass and what may or may not have been a 12 year old pope who turned out to be the Grover Cleveland of the papacy.

But maybe I should be blogging on Rich M’s newfound Loyola alum stalker…
