Also part of the bill was creating a ‘State Video Poker Champion’ which will have the person who spends the most on video poker a trophy and some free drink tickets.

State Sen. Rickey Hendon, D-Best Side, receives the Sierra Club’s “Tree Hugger of the Year” award for his tireless efforts to halt the senseless documentation of how cronies in his district spend state grants.
“Paper leaves trails and some areas are best left untouched by trails,” Hendon said. “You never know where they might lead.”
