Vermontâ€™s Senate Finance Committee introduced Vermontâ€™s legislation after the Food and Drug Administration turned down a request for the state to set up a pilot program to allow the import of prescription drugs from countries like Canada.

Maybe they just confused Vermont with New Hampshire.

New Hampshire is the one with the primary. Vermont is the one that gave us Howard Dean.
