4. Interesting analogy of the legislative process offered by Senator Connelly before he introduced the Governor: “You can’t win the World Series with a grand slam. Sometimes you need to get a single and a double and a sacrifice bunt and a sacrifice fly.” Wonder if the Governor was listening.
