    Obviously a Cards fan, with the usual excuses.

    Cubs took threw in a row from Dodgers, the last one against Kershaw, who had shut them out. Should be able to figure out Kluber on the third go-round.

  64. I tuned in for the last 5 or so innings. It was a great game and both teams wanted it. The Cubs came out on top and I was happy.

    Comment by Levois Thursday, Nov 3, 16 @ 12:54 am

  65. The Cubs players succeeded despite some highly questionable in game decisions by their manager. Joe Maddon’s moves backfired, but the Cubs found a way to win.

    The Indians did an amazing job despite a depleted pitching staff and various injuries. Francona needed to close out the Cubs in five games and when the Cubs won on Sunday it was a great momentum shift.

  69. ===…buying a world series ring.===

    Really? How many free agents are on this Club?

    How many kids that went through the minors and came up with the Club?

    This team was built, it was put together, but it wasn’t “bought”.
