Maag has a good ad that defines the race in his terms. “I’m for you, the little guy…. he’s for the insurance companies, the tobacco companies, the big shots…. Unfortunately, it’s only been running two days and the race was lost for Maag when the GOP very successully defined the race in their terms. Namely, medical malpractice and the corrupt Madison County cabal. Maag spent the first month of his paid media trying to innoculate himself from that charge rather than define the race in his own terms.

The DeKalb Dems will run newspaper ads featuring Obama’s support for the entire slate from State Rep to State’s Atty to County Board
