Comment Posse
Sunday, Apr 10, 2005 - Posted by Rich Miller A couple of people have volunteered to serve on the “comment posse,” but not enough to get it off the ground. I figure I need at least five people to make sure the blog is covered all the time. I want to get away from the new e-mail comment system, which will most likely discourage postings, and go with the posse idea, so I need your help. The idea is to deputize a handful of people who would then be empowered to immediately delete offensive or unsavory comments from this blog. I’d rather go with people I know, but don’t be afraid to volunteer. If you’re interested in serving, send me an e-mail. As an added incentive, all approved “members” will be awarded this nifty coffee mug:
UPDATE: I’m just about there. Need maybe one or two more. Any volunteers?
