Joe Moorw should apologize for his snide remark… to Third World countries! The CTA is so ineptly run that it would need massive improvements to get it up to Third World standards.

Stroger is starting to surprise me. Although I voted for him I did it primarily because given a choice between an incompetent party hack and a person I fear would choose to foist their moral beliefs off onto other people, I’ll choose incompetence every time. I may have to reappraise young Stroger.

Sir:
I have been to several 3rd World Countries and the CTA would not last a week in a 3rd World Country. No room for goats. Not enough windows and holes in the mufflers

Isn’t this the third time in a row that Kroll has gone after someone who he perceives to be left of center? I also notice that he fails to mention Rich Whitney; although, he mentions both Blagojevich and Topinka. I think that’s intentional.
