Why not put the breath test on all cars, nobody starts out with the intention to drive drunk. This alone would save at least 10 lives, pure common sense.

“…nobody starts out with the intention to drive drunk…”
Closer to the reality is that nobody starts out with the intention to get caught driving drunk. If you drive to a bar or party where you intend to drink, then you clearly intend to drive home under the influence (unless staying overnight or a DD is arranged for).

I just hope this doesn’t give Rich any ideas! PUI - Posting under the influence is one of life’s little pleasures.

Will she be on the ballot twice?

(Just my own observations.) Good to see FEMA getting some kudos. Is it possible that this is happening because the current victims of flooding had already been trying to help themselves and understand what FEMA is dealing with as opposed to some of the Katrina victims just assuming the govt would take care of them and doing nothing for themselves? That just seemed to be the impression I got from interviews I saw back then.
