Pat Quinn called himself “Soy Boy” during his State of the State address this week. * The Question: What other nicknames can you think of for Illinois candidates this year? Keep it clean (unlike Patterson, who looked up “Soy Boy” in the Urban Dictionary), light and funny, please. No need for harshness before a three-day weekend.

BTW, I saw a commercial FOR Bob Schillerstrom which compared his name to a #@$# storm. As with former candidate John Schmidt, who thought “Schmidt happens” was a good slogan, I would counsel candidates to avoid the temptation to compare their name with #2.
