Another Rod Blagojevich fantasy blows up in his face
Tuesday, Feb 15, 2011 - Posted by Rich Miller * As you already know, Rod Blagojevich and his lawyers claim there is a missing tape of a conversation that Rahm Emanuel allegedly had with a top Blagojevich staffer the day before Blagojevich’s arrest which would, if exposed, exonerate him…
Even if the tape existed, this would signify nothing. As I’ve said many times before, Blagojevich knew the FBI was taping his conversations, so in my opinion he was most likely attempting to create an alibi for accusations that he tried to sell the Obama US Senate seat by announcing a Madigan appointment. He was busted before he could pull it off. * Anyway, as it turns out, there is no such tape…

The Blago team WANT a mystery tape to never be found. It allows the defense to cook up all kinds of wild theories and stories in order to make the jury have some reasonable doubt.
It will also tell us where Mulder’s Sister is, the location of the Ark of the Covenant, and where Jimmy Hoffa’s body is buried.

In my mind these guys are as crooked as Blago. Rahm acknowledges the phone call, but it is the only one the FEDS didn’t record? Please???
