Yuck it up now, while you can. How funny will it be when our Congressional delegation includes Joe Walsh & Jason Plummer. Never overestimate the voters. The fact that those two are even on the ballot makes me depressed…
I don’t worry too much about Plummer. If Plummer goes to Congress, I see a “Hanson Brothers” situation, with Jason bringing 1 suit and a suitcase full of toys. “I’m on the road”
I give Jason Plummer 8 minutes before Jason gets buried in sub-committees and away from real power.
I feel bad for the District, but I don’t live there, and Durbin and Roskam will keep an eye out for Illinois on both sides of the aisle and in both chambers.
