The impression from the tape though is that he responded verbally, he moved his head and shoulders towards her and then she responded by reading those cues. On the other matter — I’m still not a fan of Topinka. I tend to think she’s more than “business as usual” than I would like. But she’s definitely fun to listen to and in a race against Simon, she’s also got my vote. She also did some field producing for Fox News in Chicago. Having said that, Rutherford and Dillard have both stated their positions in that regard. Only Rauner hasn’t.
