SB 1872 eliminating felony enhancements for prostitution. This is a rare instance where the General Assembly reduces harshness — instead of increasing them — for criminal penalties.

Curious what the teeth are in 1430. What happens to the county if the 2 year period passes and the loan is not repaid in full ?
