It’s Friday, so let’s have a little fun. * The Question: Future failed Bruce Rauner executive orders? Snark is heavily encouraged.

(D) In the event that a legislator’s escrow account reaches a negative balance, the sitting Governor shall designate an opponent, of the same party, to challenge the incumbent in the earliest primary election. (E) If said incumbent prevails, the sitting Governor shall designate an opponent from the opposite party to challenge the incumbent in the general election. (F) Escrowed funds shall be made available to members at the discretion of the Governor.
Note: In instances where sections D & E are exercised, campaign contribution limits shall not apply to the Governor’s designee.
