The Friends of Ken Dunkin campaign fund has received $800,000 this year from the Illinois Opportunity Project, run in part by former Republican gubernatorial candidate Dan Proft. Proft’s Liberty Principles Political Action Committee has received $1.8 million from Rauner’s Turnaround Illinois PAC.

I guess Dan Proft brought the torches and Tony Peraica lights then by burning the stolen yard signs in a bonfire of Raunerite Solidarity?
First Raunerites back Gonzo and Dunkin, then they have Proft run some races and Peraica donate to them?

On one hand, this seems like an unhealthy and undemocratic amount of campaign cash, on the other hand I’m not sure if it’s enough since I’m still hearing plenty of Bob Rohrman ads.
