* He’s locked up for 14 years and the Supremes just threw away the key…
The U.S. Supreme Court won’t reconsider its decision to reject former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s appeal of his corruption convictions.
The justices on Monday denied without comment a long-shot petition urging the court to take another look at the case.

Being really really stupid does not rate 14 years. He got no money yet the Supreme Court is looking like it will toss Virginia’s Gov McDonnal’s conviction and he took money for favors.

“On March 15, 2012, Blagojevich reported to a federal prison in Colorado to begin serving his sentence. The Federal Bureau of Prisons currently lists Blagojevich’s expected release date from prison May 23, 2024.”

So sad, too bad, but I, for one, am very glad. He hurt a lot of people and drove a lot of state agencies into the ground with his hires.

I believe Obama will pardon him on his last days in office

I doubt Obama will pardon the guy that tried to sell his seat. He could commute to time served, but a pardon is too far a stretch, particularly in light of the arrogance Mr. Blagojevich showed at the time.

Obama will pardon him and many others.
He will make Clinton release like a warm up to the main event.
