What he says and what he does are different things. He does this with brilliance and great effectiveness. He has a clear vision of the state: fewer human service providers, fewer state higher education institutions, cheaper labor through weakened unions and ending prevailing wage, and drastically reduced state spending having dug us into a back-breaking financial hole. Except for the labor part (so far) he is accomplishing exactly what he set out to do with complete compliance from Republican Legislators, ineffectiveness of Democratic Legislators, and a mainstream media that either enables him or chases his words thus obscuring his actions.
