  2. - so... - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 2:54 pm:

Can’t be our Pat Quinn…he doesn’t have any friends.

  3. - Reality Check - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 2:56 pm:

For god’s sake stop the fight, Blago’s Hare with the KO at the opening bell.

  4. - Oswego Willy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 2:56 pm:

“It’s really a solo act but his ego demanded equal billing”

  5. - Nearly Normal - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 2:59 pm:

Wait, does Pat Quinn play the “Squeezy-box?”

  6. - Ron Burgundy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:00 pm:

Notice how it doesn’t say “Back By Popular Demand”?

  7. - Big Muddy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:00 pm:

It’s just a way for people to go to him to sign some petitions

  8. - NIU Grad - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:00 pm:

The entire performance is a former governor reading proclamations and a sad kazoo playing in the background.

  9. - Ron Burgundy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:01 pm:

Since it’s Irish music, instead of U2 his band could be UAgain? Or the Citizens Ukulele Board.

  10. - Oswego Willy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:03 pm:

    Set List

Night and Day, Day and Night
    Working for You
Holding the Pay Until I Get My Way
    Gadfly Guy
    Taking Over the Big Chair
    Always Running
    Sign Your Name
    Cutback Cowboy
    Making Amends
    Blank Check Spending
    I Know Who I am
I’m Not Your Friend, But You’re Stuck With Me
    Banjo Blues

    Encore?

    Big Heart, Little Brain

  11. - Cubs in '16 - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:03 pm:

    That’s Tues., Feb. 30th

  12. - Rich Miller - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:09 pm:

===and a sad kazoo playing in the background===

The hilarious part is this is totally believable.

  13. - AlfodoGonz - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:10 pm:

Live Irish Music from Undead Irish Politician.

  14. - Ron Burgundy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:16 pm:

    OW –

    Also covers including:

Oh, Sheila Simon (Ready for the World cover)
    SoyBoys Don’t Cry (The Cure)
I Want Me Back (Jackson 5)
Sink the Bismarck Hotel (Johnny Horton)
Public Money (That’s What I Want) — (Barrett Strong)

  15. - Anonymous - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:17 pm:

My God, it’s a Nickelback cover band.

  16. - City Zen - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:20 pm:

Blago’s Hare wins the internet today.

  17. - Reme - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:35 pm:

The “friends” is actually just Sheila Simon and her banjo.

  18. - Oswego Willy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:44 pm:

    ===Sheila Simon and her banjo.===

    No, it’s not.

    - Ron Burgundy -

Good stuff there. Along the lines of Sheila…

A banjo song, no words, titled “Dancing With the One Who Forgot You”

  19. - Ducky LaMoore - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:45 pm:

Pat Quinn and friends (No Sheila Simon will not be appearing)

  20. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:46 pm:

    WAIT! WAIT!
Ron Sandack and I need to first strip before we watch Pat do his “performance”.

  21. - Ron Burgundy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:47 pm:

“Hey Pat! Play something by Bruce! You know, ‘the Boss’?”

    PQ: *death stare*

  22. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:49 pm:

    Pat?
    Do you know any Yanni?

  23. - Rich Miller - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:52 pm:

We’re not sure if he’s any good, but he claims to be practicing night and day.

  24. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:52 pm:

My favorite part of his set is when he throws all the instruments into a smashed pile, pours lighter fluid over it, and then Bruce Rauner steps in and burns down our government!

  25. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:55 pm:

I hope Pat is wearing a shirt on stage, under his leather vest.

  26. - Ducky LaMoore - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:55 pm:

*Taking all requests. Make the will of the people, the law of the band*

  27. - Ron Burgundy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:57 pm:

Actually “Born to Run” would be a good song for him, come to think of it.

  28. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 3:58 pm:

There’s a typo on the sign - there’s no “s” at the end of the word “friend”, and by friend Pat means an imaginary friend, like his imaginary gubernatorial accomplishments.

  29. - Six Degrees of Separation - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:04 pm:

    The Band that Nobody Sent.

  30. - VanillaMan - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:05 pm:

That cannot be Governor Quinn because Governor Quinn only knows one note!

  31. - Rich Miller - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:06 pm:

There were 5 members in the band, but Quinn cut it back to 3.

  32. - Rich Miller - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:07 pm:

I hear there’s turmoil within the band because Pat won’t pay them until they agree to cut everyone else’s pensions.

  33. - Rich Miller - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:09 pm:

Quinn reportedly has difficulty booking repeat gigs because dozens of people wearing green shirts keep showing up to heckle him.

  34. - Oswego Willy - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:13 pm:

    Rich, lol

The band was asked to be a house band but they can’t stay in any one gig long enough before they start thinking about another gig

  35. - blue dog dem - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:29 pm:

I just heard they cancelled. Couldn’t get equipment up the ‘ramp’.

  36. - Exhausted - Thursday, Nov 10, 16 @ 4:33 pm:

You have all out done yourselves today…
A good way to laugh out to the weekend….!!! :-)
