  61. - Evanston Willy - Tuesday, Mar 21, 17 @ 10:18 am:

Biss has his district office next to an independently owned butcher shop that I frequent in Skokie. Biss has had that office for years. Talked to the owner today and asked him about his neighbor’s candidacy for governor. The owner said that Biss has never been to the shop. Even if Biss is a vegetarian and doesn’t buy meat, don’t you think he would make a courtesy call to the business next door, maybe talk about taxes and other matters for small business owners? Nope not once. A real man of the people.

    I want in!

  67. - Ash - Wednesday, Mar 22, 17 @ 8:15 am:

Please don’t, Senator Biss! Quinn lost more than Rauner won, and it was largely over an unconstitutional pension theft bill. You wrote the bill! Not everyone is going to be willing to forget that. Please give Illinois the best chance it has to replace Rauner. Given your legislative work on pensions, you are not that best chance.
